Using QRevue
These Terms of Service govern your use of the QRevue website at qrevue.com, operated by QRevue LLC, an Arizona limited liability company in the United States. QRevue helps you discover, organize, rate, review, and share books, movies, TV, podcasts, and music. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before creating an account or using member features. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use those features.
QRevue is a discovery and tracking service. A catalog entry or external link does not provide a license to read, watch, or listen to that title. Access to media is provided by the relevant publisher, library, retailer, or streaming service under its own terms.
The current website does not offer a QRevue subscription checkout or collect payment-card details. Purchases, rentals, and subscriptions offered by linked services are separate transactions with those services. These terms do not authorize QRevue to charge you for a future paid feature.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use QRevue with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You must also meet any additional requirements of applicable law.
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support@qrevue.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You can sign in using an email address and password or the Google sign-in option. Google sign-in authenticates your account; it does not connect your Netflix, library, retailer, or other media-service accounts. QRevue asks for a birth year during signup or profile setup.
Your content and sharing
You retain ownership of reviews, list descriptions, profile information, profile photos, and other original material you submit. You grant QRevue a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, format, and display that material, and to allow its hosting and infrastructure providers to process it, only as needed to operate and protect the service and follow your sharing choices. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or authorize unrelated advertising uses of it.
Only submit material you are entitled to use. Profile visibility, individual privacy settings, and list-sharing settings affect who can see content. People with access may copy or share what they see. Collaborators can perform the actions allowed by their list role; sharing a list does not give them ownership of your personal collection.
Removing content or changing its visibility ends its availability through the applicable QRevue feature, subject to processing, backups, and retention described in the Privacy Policy. It cannot recall copies another person has already made. Permission to retain a copy continues only where needed for those limited purposes or required by law.
Community and acceptable use
Do not use QRevue to harass or threaten others, share unlawful content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate people, send spam, or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or organization.
Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or private data, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or automate use in a way that disrupts it. We may investigate reports, remove content, or restrict accounts when necessary to address violations, protect users, or comply with law.
Members can report profiles, reviews, and lists and can block other members. Reports and help requests are reviewed by the QRevue team; submitting a report does not automatically remove the reported content. If you believe an account restriction or moderation decision was mistaken, contact the team with the relevant account or content details. Do not include passwords in a report or support request.
Catalog information and imports
Catalog details, artwork, availability, and rankings come from external providers and editorial selections. Movies and TV use TMDB, books use Open Library, podcasts use Podcast Index and Apple directories, and music uses Apple's iTunes catalog and Apple Music's US album and song charts. Books trending this week reflects Open Library's weekly reader activity, filtered to the publication years selected by QRevue's editors. These rankings are source-specific and do not represent sales or popularity across every service. Manually selected picks are labeled separately.
QRevue accepts supported Goodreads, Letterboxd, Netflix, and Libby exports. When you submit a file, you authorize QRevue to parse its records, store import progress and matching decisions, and use relevant title, author, ISBN, or other catalog details to look up matches. Processing can continue in the background after you leave the page once the upload is saved.
Goodreads and Letterboxd imports can create collection records from the statuses and history in the export. Netflix viewing and Libby borrowing records enter the import inbox. A loan, return, episode entry, or viewing date does not by itself prove you finished a book, season, or film. Review matches and confirm completion only when the record is accurate for you.
Book matching checks available title, author, and edition information and holds conflicting or ambiguous records for review. Provider information can still be incomplete or incorrect. Review the original details and proposed title before confirming a match or correction. Reimporting a file does not guarantee that every entry will match, and the service must not be used to represent someone else's activity as your own.
An import is not a live account connection to Netflix, Libby, Goodreads, Letterboxd, or another service. Do not upload another person's private records without their permission.
External services and affiliate links
External sites have their own terms, privacy policies, availability rules, and prices. QRevue does not control those services or guarantee that a linked title remains available in your location.
Where-to-watch results use Movie of the Night's Streaming Availability service, and music-service links use Musicfetch. The current website requests US availability. A link does not verify your subscription, library-card eligibility, access rights, or final price. Check the destination before buying, renting, subscribing, or borrowing.
Some links may be affiliate links, which can earn QRevue a commission from qualifying activity. Applicable disclosures appear with those links. An affiliate link does not make QRevue the seller or provider of the media.
Copyright and ownership
© 2026 QRevue LLC. All rights reserved. No part of this website or its content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written consent of QRevue LLC.
This notice applies to material owned by QRevue LLC. User submissions and third-party covers, titles, artwork, descriptions, and other material remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Nothing in these terms limits a use permitted by applicable law.
Reporting copyright concerns
If you believe that material available on or through this website infringes copyright you own or control, report your concern to QRevue LLC at legal@qrevue.com. See the Legal information page for current copyright-contact details and the status of designated-agent confirmation.
A notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act must include: your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner; identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of works; identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it; and contact information such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and a statement that the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
We review notices and respond as required by applicable law. We may remove or restrict access to reported material and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts of repeat infringers. If your content is removed and you believe this was a mistake, contact us to request information about the applicable counter-notification process.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain QRevue, but uninterrupted availability and error-free catalog information are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not limit liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
Leaving QRevue and changes to these terms
You can stop using QRevue at any time. Export data from Settings before requesting deletion if you want to keep a copy of your collection and history. Account-deletion requests are submitted through Help & support and reviewed by the team. Submitting a request does not immediately deactivate or delete your account. The Privacy Policy describes the records involved and the limits of deletion.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The published version will identify its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Contact QRevue LLC at legal@qrevue.com with questions about these terms.
